The experience we had with Kerry Johnson and his team to create a signature glass countertop for our new kitchen was one of a kind. My wife and I felt like we had an artistic partner who took our ideas and provided expert knowledge and guidance to design exactly the end result we were looking for. Every interaction with Kerry was a joy.

WHERE TO START

Contact us, and tell us a little about your project. Knowing how you want to use the glass, your budget, and the scope of the work helps us determine what glass will work for you. We will then set up an appointment with you to view samples and discuss more details of your project. We will follow up with an estimate. We offer up to four 5"x 5" samples for free. Additional rounds of samples start at $75.

WHAT TO EXPECT

After a glass type has been chosen and fabrication details confirmed, we will send a work proposal for you to sign. We require the signed proposal and 50% deposit to start your project. We accept cash and checks payments.

Average lead times are about 3-4 weeks. Note that glass thickness and fabrication details will affect lead times.

GLASS LIMITATIONS

  • Our maximum casting sizes are  42" x 97" and 75" x 66".

  • Our maximum weight limit is 450 pounds.

  • Glass will always have one smooth side and one rough side due to our casting process. We can alter the rough side for an additional cost.

  • Glass can have up to a 1/8" bow over a four foot length.
